"We sold our house in Oxford Greens this week and our entire selling experience was positive. The reason: our realtor, Joe Paul. We did not know Joe before we made our decision to sell, but we did our research on the brokers who were familiar with Oxford Greens, and we talked with former Oxford Greens sellers, and all of our research and talks led us to ask Joe to come to our house and talk to us about our future sale. Joe came prepared. He had charts with the sales of similar houses, and he told us what he would be doing for us if he were our broker, and he suggested a selling price that we were comfortable with. We appreciated the ease with which he related to us, and we were comfortable with him as a person and a realtor. We asked him right then and there to take charge of the sale of our house. Joe and his team started preparing for the sale with pictures and brochures and online advertising and comparisons and advice. Our house was listed and a contract for the sale of our house was SIGNED IN FOUR DAYS!
